GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Excellent High School. Me being a parent and my husband attended RIckards High School. All the teachers and guidance counselors are very knowledgeable of their jobs. We haven't had any issues that were never resolved within 1 day. Overall excellent high school that we highly recommend.

I would love to see the bathrooms be more clean, and more teachers caring about their students. By understanding students circumstances, and not looking at them as just a number can help with students staying on track.

The IB program was very vigorous and difficult , but it prepared me for college. The campus was very hilly and administration was annoying to deal with

They don't teach you much of anything and the teachers will let the kids do mainly what they want, there's probably a fight every day, and the school has 1400 kids inside of it with like 10 admin which barely give you suspension for the fights and I d...

I moved to Tallahassee and hoped this school would live up to what I thought was a school trying to improve itself. We gave it a chance and have been disappointed every single time. The staff is rude if you are an...

Rickards is a good school. The students are typical teenagers and are good kids overall. The staff is down to earth and can relate to the students and understand the community.
