Compared to other schools in my district, this is one of the best schools. However, compared to another high school I've attended in a different state, it isn't as academically rigorous. There's also not much diversity in courses currently, though they're working to add more. Many of the teachers I've met are really nice and helpful, but are often not paid enough and have to move away to afford to live.

Patel High School is a great learning environment to be able to learn and ask for help. Patel was able to put me on track with my reading and math. The math and reading teachers are very understandable and patient. I would like to see more student engagement rather than two pep rallies a year. Patel is a very understanding and helpful environment.

So far, I have really enjoyed being at Dr. Kiran C Patel High School. At first, I hadn't really been able to keep up with the additional workload that came with Project Based Learning, a prime directive of the school's academic process, but I've gotten used to it now. I learned a lot about time management, and I loved the freedom that came with deigning our projects for the classes. On the other hand, however, I would like to see more freedom with the courses I can take online along with in-school ones.
