Tampa Palms Elementary School is a public school in the Tampa Palms neighborhood, a lively hub within Tampa’s northern limits. Part of the Hillsborough County Public School District, it serves 775 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade with 60 faculty.
Tampa Palms opened in 1989 and was named after the master planned community where it’s located. Reflecting their mission “to provide all students with the opportunities to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to realize their potential”, the school has strong academics and parental involvement. It boasts an A rating and offers an active Parent Teacher Association.
The Tampa Palms Elementary Eagles are engaged in learning activities that range from Math Bowls to Read-a-Thons to music performances. Student efforts and accomplishments are recognized through a weekly Super Star Student program, and a monthly Citizen of the Month program.
Eagles not only work hard, but they also play hard. Students enjoy outdoor time on a covered play court and at a gathering space known as the Eagle’s Nest. The PTA plans a variety of fun events including spirit days, school dances and a spring carnival where friends, community members and local businesses all join in the festivities.

This school is great. My child has been here for around 7 years and just finished her 5th grade graduation today. My daughter has learned so much these past few years and the teachers are very kind. The front office is also very helpful and friendly. I hope your child has the opportunity to go here.

THIS SCHOOL IS AMAZING AND I LOVE IT. The teachers are so caring and teach well, and they are so nice and fun. All the teachers are amazing but especially the AGP teachers are great. I’ve been here for multiple years and I’ve been treated so well here and is the best school.

We've had two girls come up through TPE and it was consistenly positive experience for both. We've had nothing but good teachers and a few truly excellent teachers. For us, all the teachers we've had cared and we're available for discussion regularly.We have a child that is emotionally pretty fragil...
