GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

There are good teachers, and there are bad teachers not really any in between. As well as constantly losing stall walls between urinals, or towel dispensers, or soap dispensers. As long as you participate the school spirit is amazing, and motivating constantly pushing you to do better.

I have really enjoyed my time at Taylorsville High School. I didn't really know what to expect going into it but I have loved it. The school is very diverse and has a lot of people from many different cultures. The staff and administration are great and I have always felt the focus on making sure that everyone feels safe and respected while at school. I think it is a fun place to be. There is a lot to Taylorsville that is just too complicated to describe. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at this school though and have experienced many things that will stay with me forever.

I never had many friends so my experience was overall boring. Ever since they transferred freshman to highschool instead of junior high the school got a lot more crowded and I hated sitting in the lunchroom. The teachers are nice.

Unsatisfactory, the schools get so much money, tax money, and they are worse than the federal government, waste, waste, and no help for the people who need it the most.

Good school, good people. Glad I'm done with school though.

I completely agree with the review about how they want to just get the students through like a product. The teachers tend to be okay, with the exception of most of the English and Math department, but the administration is horrible! They project an image of dealing with issues that students bring to...
