They don't care about their students when it comes to bullying. They allow students to bully and SA other students with no consequences. They chalk it up to, "they're just messing around" because they are boys. There is zero accountability and administration would rather save the skin of an employees child than properly handle the situation. Watch your children at all costs.....or simply, just don't let your children go here.

Great Oak High School has a strong school spirit and is known for its "Red Wave" student section at home football games. The spirit of the students is never disappointing at the time of spirit weeks as well. Most of the teachers are great at their job and try their best to help you with any assignments/topics. One downside is that it's an outdoor school, so you'll be exposed to all the weather conditions including severe heat waves, heavy rain, and high winds.

There is little to complain about the school, there is great academics, sports, and facilities for everyone backed up by a stupendous faculty. This school definitely deserves the title as one of the best High schools in America. However there are some dangerous kids but the school has done its best to crack down on vaping and fake and legitimate school threats working very closely with the local police.
