GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Maritime is an amazing school. My son has grown so much from socializing to academics. The teachers and principal and everyone that works there really cares for the kids. My child use to get bullied everyday and now since he's been going to maritime he really don't get even picked on.

I work at The Maritime Academy of Toledo. The students are what keeps me coming back every year. They work hard and are fun to be with everyday. The administration lets teachers be creative in their lessons and we do many hands-on creative activities and field trips every year.

The original Principle moved to Florida about 2015, to help start other charter schools with a national HS group. Since then, I understand things have CHANGED!

Teachers show favoritism and if they don't like your child he will be labeled as a problem child. Administration sends mixed signals and will suspend your child without any documents. Prob a decent school just not for kids with attention deficit

this school only cares about the money , they dont truely care about the students they put on a good show for the public but truth is it is full of favortism and so forth, if a child is a child who gets good grades but goes through traumatic experiences they dont care they are quick to kick a child...
