Approachable staff, wide variety of extracurricular activities, nice environment to grow academically

Good school spirit, but academics used to be better. Still good (AP and IB are rigorous), just reduced course offerings. Teachers are good: very available and able to form personal connections. Extracurriculars are great, sports and theatre especially.

It is a positive uplifting environment and we are blessed to have our son attend Donovan Catholic. We appreciate each and every teacher, administrator, coach and all that are involved in our son's high school experience. My husband and I have attended church at St. Joseph Church since 1995 and have always wanted to send our son to Donovan Catholic and it is the best choice we have ever made.

This school is great! My two daughters graduated from there and went on to get their post graduate degrees. Now my grandson attends that school and he is getting good grades and is very happy there. The faculty/staff are kind, caring and concerned for their students.

My daughter transferred in Sophomore year and I could not believe the difference between her public school and Donovan. I would recommend Donovan to anyone looking for a positive, supportive, loving community for their child to grow and succeed in.

It was the worst experience, ever for my child!! My child was there two years ago, but I have continued to monitor it and still attend many of the sporting events (cheering on the other team).
