Dodge Intermediate School serves all Twinsburg City Schools’ fourth-, fifth-and sixth-grade students. It’s home to nearly 900 students who live within the Twinsburg City School District. Dodge was named after beloved local custodian and school board member George G. Dodge. With a full-service library, media center, computer lab, auditorium and two gyms with locker rooms, Dodge offers a well-equipped campus for students to explore a range of academic and extracurricular programs. The school provides special education for children, Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) instruction, Title I reading, tutoring, fine arts, music, student council, a book club and ski club. With a high attendance rate, Dodge earned a high grade according to the most recently available Ohio State Report Card rating system. It earned B grades in the achievement and progress components and an A grade in gap closing, which signifies that the school met its objectives for improving performance among its students.
