The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

During my time at Sandy Creek, I was able to get an understanding of who I wanted to be. My extensive support system of teachers and administrators, aided me in discovering my path after high school. Sandy Creek's goal is to give their students a competitive advantage, and that's exactly what they did. Through extracurriculars, sports, community service and more, Sandy Creek students are able to stand out and make a difference in their community. I was heavily involved throughout my high school career, despite being virtual my freshman year. I got a long well with all of my teachers and peers. The only thing I can think of that needs to change with Sandy Creek, is the amount of inclusiveness. I've always said that there is a difference between diversity and inclusion. Our school is very diverse, but as far as how inclusive we are, that is another story. We could always be more inclusive. Other than that, my experience with Sandy Creek High School was amazing and I don't regret it.

Sandy Creek is the school for you if you don't like being in a large environment. All activities and organizations are student led. If you are into sports Sandy Creek is the best school to go to if you want offers.

The school is not great, DO NOT RECOMMEND. School found rats in gym and feild house feeding on protein powder. Teachers care more about their paychecks than actually helping the students. The staff are very rude and disrespectful with a smart attitude.

A 15-year-old student came to the school armed with an Ar-15 this year. The students are not safe going to school here. Also, fights are an everyday occurrence.

I really feel comfortable with most of my teachers, they have this wonderful program called ESOL, where students are more included, they teach them English and the teachers help them with their actual classes, is my second year at this school and I feel comfortable with the environment. The school a...

The teachers have demonstrated, on numerous occasions, that they are approachable and care about their student's success. They not only focus on academics, but study and organizational skills the students need to be successful while learning. My experience with Sandy Creek has been great. I am espec...
