GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The educational experience is excellent, such as the classes offered and the extracurriculars. The facilities are also very nice, since we recently got a new school. There are not many negative parts, but if I had to choose one, it would be the food. Even though it is probably above average for most high schools, it could use some extra variety.

I would like to see a change in the blocked lunches and how if you dont have lunch with your friends, your unable to switch. The best part of the highschool is the amount of resources we have.

It's definitely a fine school for the academics and sports sides of things but is just incredibly white and rich with awful administration that likes to pretend they care about their students. Teachers can be hit or miss there are definitely some amazing ones but there are also some that fall into the category the admisitraiton does of just being not great people and not caring about their students. Not a good place to be if you are in any minority.

I would say this is the worst place to live in the United States. Unless you're lily white. Pretty much everybody that lives here is a racist God forbid to see a black person walking down the street. They call the police My experience here. Very unfriendly, unless you're from here, you're considered...

The Upper Arlington School system is hands down the BEST way to prepare students for their university studies. The way the teachers challenge their students is comparable to first year students at universities. Upper Arlington offers unique classes and experiences that allow for enormous amounts of...

The previous comment by 'A Community Member' from May 2014 is very accurate. And the disconnect that he/she indentified between the administration, teachers, students and parents has grown increasingly worse. UAHS has compromised the values that made it great a great school for previous generations....

Upper Arlington is still a great school. However, it has become far to focused on the reputation and statistics of the school to the detriment of the students. While it boasts exceptional test scores and graduation rates, the academic facilites are now far outdated compared to the new Dublin and Ole...
