Valley stream central high school is a great school.No matter the situation and how small it is if you are feeling uncomfortable or a type of way ,the school is more than prepared to help you.During my junior year i was going through depression and my counselors and school social service made a meeting and provided me with the right resources and advice to help me finish off my year which i'm so grateful for.

I think Valley Stream Central is a unique High School that's very rich in culture and diversity. In addition to this, the teachers and courses provided at Central are top tier. Resources are provided so that each student has a say. I couldn't imagine myself in any other High School.

Overall, my experience at Central was really great and I was able to make really great friends and was given amazing opportunities, but certain aspects of the administration weren't to the liking of me or my peers which could be subject to change with the new principal coming in, but there are still teachers there that aren't as invested in helping their students succeed like other teachers are.

I am a student at this school and bullying here is a thing we see only in the movies. Everyone here is very accepting and kind to others. You will see people from all over the world here and teacher are above all exceptional, which makes this school one of a kind.
