the best part about my experience is the diversity that south has, i can learn and educate myself about different cultures all while being in school. the worst parts is personal about my experience which is stressing over exams but i tend to be that way. i would like to see some change when it comes to the rules as some rules that are set seem unethical.

This is an amazing school with a lot of resources to help students do their best. The Valley Stream District spends a lot of resources to make sure students are guaranteed to succussed with good food, energetic teachers, and money spent to make the school as good as possible.

South high school truly provides you with opportunities to broaden your learning experience and step into the real world. With so many extra articular activities to choose from, and its diversity in classrooms, it was truly a great experience from 7th till 12th grade. Although one of my years was cut short due to covid, teachers and staff still worked hard to keep the students involved and i am truly grateful for them. I can't wait to apply what i've learned at south into my college experience.

Overall, above average because most, though not all, of the teachers my son has had have been effective and motivational. He doesn't always feel that he is being treated fairly, but he has been able to navigate his way and have some positive experiences, nonetheless.

Certain Teachers should be replaced and certainly the Principle should be replaced. There is no need for Trump ruling in schools. All kids should be treated with fairness and respect. Also if a student is misbehaving then they should notify the parents

The school is well organized, the teachers are caring. They offer so many clubs and extra curricular activities, it's wonderful. A great sports program. They also hold wonderful events for parents to attend. I would like to see more opportunities for parents to get involved and better communication...
