At Bayside Middle School I was a part of the soccer team and was involved in AVID. Through both of these things I made new friends and grew a both a student and an individual. I loved the teachers at the school. However, there was very little parent involvment or student involvement in clubs and activities. There was very little spirit and pretty poor academics. I think the amount of student and parent involvement needs to improve to make the school more enjoyable.

Bayside Middle School is not as bad of a middle school as others make it out to be. Although, it is by no means great. Personally, I did not have a negative experience here. The schools assistant basketball coach is a terrible representative for children, is low class and aggressive and should be fired. He was aggressive toward my husband in front of our children, all under 10 years old. This is the kind of leadership the school is appointing to coach their children.

My grandson has shined at this school. His teachers have brought out the best in him. He most certainly has homework and completes these assignments on time. If your children aren't learning, don't have 'any homework', are not 'prepared for college'....maybe you should look that the three digits tha...
