GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Hello Niche Schoolarship, My Name is Xitlaly Martinez, I've been a student at Visalia Technical Early College All my 4 years. One of my best experiences was when I joined ASB in the school year 2023 - 2024. Once I Joined ASB it helped me grow more as a person, but not only that's I learned my communication skills and learned some skills that's I didn't know I had . I think worst is having a ag biology, which I think we should just have biology it self same with chemistry. What I would to change is having just chemistry and biology by it self and not having as ag chemistry and biology. Also to have an actual cafeteria at our school. Why? Because we need to go to class rooms when it's raining..

I love my entire experience at VTEC. The school provides quite a few classes in the ag industry such as animal science, plant science, ag systems, horticulture, etc. The small school size is a negative and a positive because drama could spread like wildfire. However it's easier to make connections.

The faculty members are very pick and choose when it's relevant to them. They either target students or have their favorites and let them get away with anything and when I mean anything I mean students skipping the whole class period or never get suspended for things that wouldn't fly anywhere else. The faculty only care about reputation and money not the students well being or future.

I am currently a senior at VTEC High School. This school is great for people who enjoy working with animals, plants, or wood working and welding. We also have access to all of the courses at COS which is great for trying to get your AA while in highschool. Overall we are an amazing community, and ou...
