GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I am currently an incoming senior. my expirence at rancho buena vista high school have been nothing but a development in my growth and helped me get through the hardest times by seeing others smile and teachers support me. The opportunities and academic enrichments I have been able to do my last school year really changed my perspective and make me wanna do more. it is a shcool like any regular school. Yes there has been issues with all over shcool and accidents and occasions but they always get resolved and throughly talked about. There has been hard times where I haven't been able to reach the right people but with time you really can be so much greater and get so many opportunities. One thing I would change is the communication and the look on students and how we can change and grow for the better. I truly thank this school and being my last year to come I can't say how much u have learned and thank every single person that helped me get through the academics mentally and physically

The school offers a lot for students growth in learning, but the students are the ones who have trouble reaching out or struggle to have the confidence to get the help they want or need. I see students who use resources get excellent help and thrive in their academics and extra circulars.

One thing about this school is I cant use the bathroom without having 10 - 20 "students" smoking/vaping then staring at you like you interrupted their "smoke sesh". And on the off chance of that...

I feel this school is making a lot of positive changes - It seems campus security has recently made a bigger effort in getting the school cleaned up, the sports program and sports teams are on the rise, and there ar...
