My husband and I grew up in Watertown and now our children are attending Watertown-Mayer Schools. We love that some of the teachers we had are still teaching or some of the teachers are alumni or classmates of ours. We have a really unique community in that a high percentage of approx. 80-90% of teachers live in community and children attend as well. We chose to raise our children in this community because it's a close tight nit community and it takes a village. We also see many alumni have also choose to raise their families and stay in Watertown. Class sizes very reasonable 100-120ish. I would love to see the speech specialist increase in communication and partnering with parents to allow children to succeed. In our opinion this area is in the most need. Many missed sessions and challenges in receiving updates on child's progress.

Several of the teachers have been fantastic, however the rest of the school has been disappointing to say the least. There has been bullying issues that the school does little to address. Same issues on the bus the school pushed off to the bus company.If your child has any special needs, forget abou...
