GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The teachers are enthusiastic about your learning and show genuine interest and concern in your wellbeing. The students are nice and it is easy to find a space to fit in and meet new friends. There are lots of resources to help when you are stuck in class work and many teachers will work around deadlines if you believe you will miss one. There is nothing I would like to see change.

My time at Rockingham Early College High School has been a time of unprecedented experience, education, connection, growth, and positive mindset. The community at RECHS provides a sort of safe haven for learning and connecting with other students in order to maintain an environment that welcomes everyone.

Having come from a traditional school environment, I find this school to have a much better attitude and approach to education.
