Justice Street Academy Charter School strives to serve the needs of its students while addressing all aspects of their education, not just academic objectives.
Justice Street is a California Gold Ribbon School, California Distinguished School, a School for Advanced Studies and an Affiliated Charter School. Justice Street Academy Charter School enrolls kindergarten through 12th grade students through a lottery system.
What sets Justice Street apart is its parent involvement. It’s common to see parents in and out of the school, volunteering in the classrooms, workrooms and parent center. Justice Street believes that coming together in partnership with parents can strengthen the community.
At Justice Academy, a customized education plan is created based on the strengths and talents of the individual student. Each student is encouraged to develop their gifts, which may include artistic ability, academic skills or critical thinking.
The goal is to ensure students can take control of their educational journey. These values can be seen throughout campus, from displays of artwork to the findings in the school’s science lab.
