My overall experience at West Lake Junior High was okay. I wish I would've done more things and been more involved while I attended the school because there were many open opportunities. I had the chance to meet more people, make new friends and memories, and be more involved. This school is unique because of it's diversity and emphasis on learning. It was also unique because we had enrichment which was if you had good grades you could go do something fun like go to the gym and hang out with friends or go to the auditorium and watch a movie and if you had to catch up in a class, you had to go to that class and do your work for about an hour. I believe enrichment was 4 days a week.

The attendance is a joke. I’m not sure why kids have to wait in the hall to wait for badge scan. Even when they are on time, and if the teachers are taking their time to scan badges when that bell rings the student is automatically marked tardy even if they are on time. This school needs to add an o...

I go to this school and its awesome. Great teachers, staff, and students. They are caring and supportive.

West Lake Jr. High School is a good school. They help you a lot with stuff u need help with. To be honest, its kind off a bad school though because there are a lot of fights there and they have food fights almost everyday on the last couple weeks of school. Other then that, its a good school.

This school is great, but their struggling managing with the kid's attitudes. looks like the kids are controlling the school then the adults lots of thugs... but those were in my days. i'm not sure whats going on now. plus, they have allot of no-english students, so its not there fault if the school...
