GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

John T. Hoggard is a diverse school that values school spirit. My favorite part about being a Viking is the community everyone has in loving our school and supporting each other. FNL are when the school would come together to cheer and have a good end to the week.

Your experience will always be unique to you, and I cannot speak on behalf of all aspects of the school. However, I believe Hoggard offers an impressively high range of opportunities for College, Employment, and Enlistment.

I would say one of the best parts of attending Hoggard High-school was the community. Everyone was very into school spirit, and there was tons of ways to connect with others. Another favorite part was my teachers, I was able to personally connect with a lot of my teachers and get the help I needed. I honestly don't feel like there is anything I would change. While I am applying for colleges, I feel that the resources I have been provided at Hoggard will set me up for great opportunities.
