GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Throughout my years at Amity the staff have never been accommodating towards my disabilities. With my disabilities the administration and counseling department have been very push and shove when things need to be done. I've almost had to sue to make sure my 504 wasn't violated. I wouldn't recommend this school if you have any type of disability.

Throughout my four years at Amity, my time has been enjoyable, and I feel as if I have developed a stronger education than most students in my state. Amity is a great school academically and socially.

Overall my experience at Amity has been quite fulfilling, I just wish that I was encouraged to do more.

The principal, administration and most counselors are disgrace to learning environment. They don’t recognize talented students neither share or promote opportunities equally. Kids who are successful out of this school are self motivated and have family support for their success. Some teachers are ok...

Also the catalog of electives seems nice you’ll soon realize your kid will only be able to take one or two over the course of 4 years . Not talkin...

Since the current superintendent has taken over the school is not the school it once was from my experience with older siblings that graduated.

This school has a drug problem. A major one actually, yet this school has no drug prevention education. They focus on vaping. Which, yes, is an issue, but I think students using hard drugs is a bigger issue. The bullying at this school is awful, no one ever gets justice, the administration is too wo...
