GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Understand that though you may receive college credits for the courses you take, not every university will accept them. Roosevelt High, though not my first choice, was not a regrettable one. The community is tight-knit, the teachers are very interactive, and the school is only getting better. As time passes they will only get better and better. Overall, I would Roosevelt is a great 3rd choice for now, only behind Saunders and Yonkers High.

I actually liked being at the school the only thing that made the experience not the best was the students, Overall, it was fun and as long as you put in effort you would do great.

As a student going to Roosevelt, well it's a great school. The teachers are amazing, the school is beautiful, and everyone has an amazing opportunity through the colleges that are in partnership with the school. From the moment you walk in, college is already spewing about everywhere. However, the k...
