My name is Jackie Buongiorno and I have been a teacher at School 23 for 30 years...my main reason for remaining is simple...the students and families who come to our school deserve the very best...and that is what we give each and every day...test scores are not the sole indicator of whether or not...

Absolutely love this school! Though it was many years ago I was there. This school and the teachers mean so much to me! They helped shape me into the woman I have become! Mrs. Jacqueline meyer-buongiorno, thank you so much! She is still there and very dear to me.

The school is located in a rough neighborhood. The previous principal 2013-2014 was amazing! The new principal 2014-2015 is great! My son attended for 2 years (1st & 2nd Grade). The teachers are amazing!!
