NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE 2024 COSTAR GROUP $100K GIVEAWAY TRADE PROMOTION (“PROMOTION”). A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Subject to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military Installations located in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law.

SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Promotion is CoStar Realty Information, Inc. (“CoStar” or “Sponsor”), 1331 L Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005.

Entry Period: Participants may enter the Promotion between November 8 – 9, 2024 during public event hours, until 3:00 PM Eastern Time on November 9, 2024, of the NAR NXT Trade Show taking place in Boston, Massachusetts (the “Event”) (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeping device of the Promotion and all of Sponsor’s determinations involving Promotion timing shall be final.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is a trade promotion that is not open to the general public. The Promotion is open to (A) legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States including the District of Columbia; (B) who are the age of majority or older as of the date of entry; (C) who are members of, or participants in, the real estate industry as a broker/agent, property owner/investor, developer, property/asset manager, or a decision maker in the property advertising plans; and (D) who are attending the Event but are not an Exhibitor at the Event. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, officers and directors of competitors of Sponsor or Sponsor’s affiliates are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

HOW TO ENTER:

There are three (3) ways to enter during the Entry Period (either an “Entry”), all of which require scanning a QR code to access the entry form following completion of the activity at the Event:

1. By visiting Sponsor’s Booth #441;

2. By attending a live Homes.com demonstration; and/or

3. By registering for and attending a Homes.com Learning Lounge education seminar

Limit three (3) total Entries per person (1 entry per method above) during the Entry Period. In order for an Entry to be valid, the Entry must be completed in full, and all information provided must be truthful. CoStar is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible, or late entries. CoStar shall have the sole discretion to determine the validity of an Entry. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

GRAND PRIZE: On November 9, 2024 at approximately 4:30 PM Eastern Time at Booth #441 at the Event, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries to receive the following prize: one (1) Grand Prize of $100,000 via Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) Network transfer or such other payment mechanism as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion. The winner will be notified by live announcement at that time. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Total Prize ARV: $100,000.

The potential winner must be in attendance during winner announcement to win. Potential winner will be required to respond to prize notification within sixty (60) seconds of notification or other time period for response set forth in the notification. If the potential winner fails to respond in time or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by random draw from all remaining entries. The potential winner is subject to verification before the Grand Prize will be awarded. The potential winner agrees to furnish any documentation requested by Sponsor in connection with the awarding of the Grand Prize, including travel documents, releases, and affidavits or declarations of eligibility. All prizes will be awarded. Grand Prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor who may award a prize for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes on the prize, including applicable income or local personal property taxes on the prize(s). Winner will, if applicable, be issued a 1099 form from the Internal Revenue Service. Winner further grants permission to Sponsor to use winner’s name (both individual name and employer/company name), image, voice, likeness, and statements for publicity purposes without further compensation, consideration or consent, except where prohibited by law. By entering this Promotion, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, each participant also represents that there is no legal or contractual restriction barring participation, including, without limitation, any restriction from participant’s employer or company.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) errors on Sponsor’s website; (c) lost, delayed, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable communications; or (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. Participants agree that the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to its authority: (1) except where prohibited by law, shall have the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name (both individual name and employer/company name), portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including the announcement of his or her name on television or radio broadcast) without further consideration, compensation, permission, or notification, and (2) that the Released Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents and their advertising and promotional agencies, and legal counsel shall have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by participants, against any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to winner or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, entry, or participation in this promotion or in any promotion-related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery. HOW TO ENTER:

Participants may enter the Promotion by going to Sponsor’s booth #441 or by attending one of Sponsor’s activities during the Event, picking up a pair of Homes.com sunglasses and taking the following actions during the Entry Period (either an “Entry”):

1. Visibly wear the sunglasses as normal during the Event; and/or

2. Take a selfie at the selfie board at Sponsor’s booth, post it on Instagram, tag @homespro in the caption and use the hashtags #YourListingYourLead and #promotionentry.

Sponsor will select up to nine (9) winners per day of the Entry Period from among those who enter via entry method #1 above. Sponsor will select up to one (1) winner per day of the Entry Period from among those who enter via entry method #2 above. Winners cannot win more than once during the entire Entry Period. The one daily winner via entry method #2 will be selected on November 8 and 9, 2024 at approximately 4:00 PM Eastern Time at Booth #441, and on November 10, 2024 at approximately 2:00 PM Eastern Time at Booth #441. Winner must be present during these times to win. The winner will be notified by live announcement at that time. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
