February - April 2026 Reward Offer and Trade Promotion

This document describes the terms of an offer and trade promotion provided by CoStar. The first 4,800 real estate professionals who complete a demo of the HOMES.COM platform within the operative time period will receive a $100 eGift card. In addition, four (4) winners will be selected via a random drawing at the end of that period to receive either a tablet or $1,300 eGift card. Details appear below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO QUALIFY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF RECEIVING A REWARD OR WINNING A PRIZE.

1. Eligibility: Offer and Trade Promotion open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, who are real estate professionals, are eligible to enroll in Homes.com Realtor Services and were invited by CoStar Realty Information, Inc. ("Sponsor”) to participate. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of the CoStar Realty Information, Inc. ("Sponsor”), PROMOSIS, INC. ("Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, fulfillment, marketing and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Offer and Trade Promotion ("Program Entities” or "Released Parties”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws, regardless of where they live) and persons residing in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate. Participants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Sponsor and Administrator for reward recipient notification purposes and for disclosure as required by law. Offer and Trade Promotion is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Sponsor and Administrator will have final say in all matters relating to this Promotion.

2. The Offer and Trade Promotion are not open to the general public. Only those who meet the qualifications listed in the Eligibility Section of these Terms and Conditions and receive an invitation directly from Sponsor may participate.

"Offer”: Eligible participants will receive an invitation via email, social media and other marketing channels from Sponsor to participate in the Offer. To participate: (1) follow the links and/or instructions in the invitation to schedule and complete a demonstration showcasing the Homes.com platform with a Sales Representative, any time between 12:00:01 a.m. ET February 17, 2026 and April 30, 2026 11:59:59 p.m. ET, or while supplies last ("Offer Period”); and (2) complete your scheduled call in its entirety before the end of the Offer Period to be eligible to receive the Reward (as defined in Section 4) and earn an entry into the Trade Promotion. Limit one (1) Reward per person.

"Trade Promotion”: Eligible Participants who complete the Offer will be entered into the Trade Promotion, which will consist of a random drawing (the "Drawing”) from all eligible entries received as further detailed in these Terms and Conditions. Limit one (1) entry into the Trade Promotion per person.

Any attempt to obtain multiple rewards or entries by using multiple/different email addresses, physical addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person identified as the authorized account holder of the email address used to complete the entry. The "authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

3. Offer Reward Fulfillment: Eligible recipients will be notified by Administrator, via email, within 14 business days of the date of the completed demonstration and will be required to complete an online reward claim within five (5) days of the date the initial notification is sent to the eligible participant, or reward will be forfeited. Any potential participant who fails to respond to the email notification, declines to accept the reward, or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified without notification at Sponsor and Administrator's sole discretion. Please allow two weeks for delivery. The eGift will be delivered to the email address used to participate in the demo.

4. Offer Reward: Four thousand eight hundred (4,800) $100 eGift cards. The retail value is $100. The total Retail Value of all rewards: $480,000. Should any event, element, or detail of a reward become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to the reward recipient aside from providing the remaining portion of the reward, minus any unavailable element, or detail. Reward may not be transferred; non-cash portion of reward may not be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. No substitution for reward or parts thereof, except by Sponsor as may be necessary due to unavailability. If originally-offered reward or reward element is unavailable at the time of award, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute an item of comparable or additional value. By accepting the reward, participant agrees to grant to the Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the participant's name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material connected with this Offer in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between any messaging or communication regarding the Offer and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. No more than the stated number of rewards will be awarded.

5. Trade Promotion Drawing: Four (4) winners will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator. Potential winners will be notified by Administrator, via email, on or around May 8, 2026, and will be required to complete an online Winner Verification within three (3) days of the date the initial notification is sent to the potential winner, or prize will be forfeited. Potential winners will also be required to upload a "selfie” photo and image of a government-issued photo ID or valid Driver's License. Any potential winner who fails to respond to the winner notification, declines to accept a prize, or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified at Sponsor and Administrator's sole discretion, may result in an alternate winner being randomly selected from the remaining pool of entries received for the original drawing.

6. Drawing Prizes: Four (4) Grand Prizes: Apple iPad Pro 256 GB,11-inch with keyboard (ARV $1,300) or a Surface Pro, Copilot+ PC, 13-inch, Snapdragon® X Plus (10 Core), with LCD display, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD with Keyboard (ARV $1,300). Winners may choose either the tablet or cash option ($1,300). By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless, homes.com, its officers, its corporators, affiliates, promotion partners, advertising, production, and public relations agencies, and Promosis, Inc., as well as each such entity's employees, agents, officers, and directors from any and all liability related to the Trade Promotion; the awarding of the prize; any and all loss, injuries, or damage arising from receipt and/or use of this prize; and any loss, accident, death, or illness experienced in connection with the prize. Prize may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the value of the prize. No substitution for prizes, except by Sponsor as may be necessary due to unavailability. If originally-offered prize is unavailable at the time of award, Sponsor may substitute an item of comparable or additional value. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to grant to the Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the winner's name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material connected with this Trade Promotion in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between any messaging or communication regarding the Trade Promotion and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received by the deadline of the Promotion Period.

The Prize value indicated above reflects the Sponsor's honest estimate of its approximate retail value ("ARV”). Such valuation shall be considered final and conclusive, and will not be subject to challenge or appeal. In the event the actual value of the Prize at the time it is obtained or delivered is less than the stated ARV, the Winner will not be entitled to any compensation or award of the difference.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Offer and/or Trade Promotion, entrants agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable reward or offer related notifications; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Offer and/or Trade Promotion; (viii) requests that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

By participating in the Offer and/or Trade Promotion, each participant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Terms & Conditions; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms & Conditions; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Offer, Reward, or Prize; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Offer and/or Trade Promotion, including, but not limited to any Offer and/or Trade Promotion-related activity or element thereof, and the participant's requests, participation or inability to participate in the Offer, Reward, or Prize; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, receipt, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of any reward (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the reward (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed Offer and/or Trade Promotion entry (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by a participant.

Participants agree that Sponsor and Administrator, and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and those acting pursuant to its authority except where prohibited by law, shall have the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the Eligible Participant's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, the announcement of his or her name on television or radio broadcast) without further consideration, compensation, permission, or notification.

If, for any reason, the Offer and/or Trade Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Offer and/or Trade Promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a "Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer and/or Trade Promotion and/or proceed with the Offer and/or Trade Promotion in a manner it deems fair and reasonable. Apple Inc. and Microsoft Corporation have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, nor have Apple Inc. or Microsoft Corporation sponsored or endorsed this promotion in any way.

8. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Eligible Participants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://www.homes.com/about/policies/#privacy-policy). By participating in the Offer and/or Trade Promotion, Eligible Participants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information for purposes of the Offer and/or Trade Promotion and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: THIS OFFER IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. As a condition of participating in this Offer and/or Trade Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer and/or Trade Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Virginia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Offer and/or Trade Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. GENERAL: This Offer and/or Trade Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Receiving a reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any attempted form of participation in this Offer and/or Trade Promotion other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Offer and/or Trade Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Offer and/or Trade Promotion. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the oOffer and/or Trade Promotion will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE OFFER AND/OR TRADE PROMOTION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER AND/OR TRADE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Each participant may be required to show proof of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All materials submitted will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Offer and/or Trade Promotion details contained in these Terms & Conditions and the Offer and/or Trade Promotion details contained in any promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media), the details of the Offer and/or Trade Promotion as set forth in these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Gift Card issuer.
