Offering a furnished room for rent, it currently has a full size bed with a brand new mattress and bookcase. We will be adding a dresser shortly. We are charging 700 a month and including all utilities. You will have your own fridge, full access to laundry and kitchen. We are a family of 4. Myself, wife, an 18 yr old and a 7 month old. The 18 yr old is typically gone 3-4 days a week. Must be ok
