University Place Home for Sale

As the name suggests, Lawrence’s University Place neighborhood is located near the University of Kansas, attracting students, professors and those who work for the school. Some homes date back to the late 1800s, but potential homebuyers will mostly find properties built in the early 20th century in University Place.
