Fashionistas will feel right at home in Buckhead Heights
For fashionistas, Buckhead Heights is just steps away from the promised land. Residents of this Atlanta neighborhood can walk to a wealth of luxury shops at Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, a sampling of which includes Saks Fifth Avenue, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co. “Its proximity to world-class shopping is really spectacular,” says Hubert Tate, a Realtor with Keller Williams Buckhead, who’s been selling homes in the area for seven years. “You’ve got Phipps Plaza and Lenox right there. The shopping is what draws a lot of people to the area.” And with prices starting in the low-300,000s for a condo, residents don’t have to be extremely wealthy to have the finer things in life at their fingertips. “There is something for everyone in Buckhead Heights because of the price points,” Tate says. “It could be a first-time homebuyer or it could be your favorite NFL player or entertainer living in one of those high-rises.”
Buckhead Height's Phipps Plaza is the #1 spot for luxury shopping and elevated experiences.

Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza are popular shopping destinations
Residents here can snag a luxury handbag at Gucci in Lenox Square or hunt for the latest designer dress at Versace in Phipps. Even if shopping’s not a hobby, there’s still fun to be had at the popular malls. Phipps hosts a 14-screen movie theater and there are a multitude of familiar eateries at Lenox Square, like The Cheesecake Factory and Chipotle. For something more upscale, experience St. Cecilia. The restaurant specializes in European coastal fare, such as squid ink pasta and charred octopus. However, patrons commonly remark that the complementary bread is the best they’ve ever tasted, so make sure to leave room for the main dish. “Not only is the area a major attraction for incredible shopping, it’s also a destination for world-class dining,” Tate says.
A grocery run can be easily handled at the Publix on Peachtree Road Northeast. The supermarket is within walking distance of the neighborhood. “Buckhead Heights is really walkable,” Tate says. “This is one of the few areas in Atlanta where the walkability score is really strong.”
