Spend the day on the lake

The neighborhood's lakes allow for water activities such as catch-and-release fishing, taking a paddleboat, and relaxing on the water. Public schools within walking distance

Children won’t have to travel far to class with Garden Lakes Elementary School in the neighborhood. The school has a B-minus grade on Niche and is part of the Pendergast Elementary District, teaching children from kindergarten until eighth grade.
