Resort-like golf community with low home prices for the Coachella Valley
About 20 miles east of Palm Springs, Bermuda Dunes is a golf community in the center of the Coachella Valley, right on Interstate 10. Originally developed in the 1960s, Bermuda Dunes first drew Hollywood stars like Clark Gable and Cary Grant with its namesake country club and year-round sunny weather. Today, young professionals and families continue to be attracted by the community’s signature golf course, as well as area-affordable prices. “Most people still work in hospitality here, but a lot of the new people are professionals looking for somewhere where their money can take them further,” explains Raquel Davalos, a Valley local and Realtor with RE/MAX Desert Properties. “Younger people are also starting to really enjoy all the golf courses we have in the Valley. It used to be that the Valley would cater to retirees, but now you see people in their 30s and 40s on the courses.”
Bermuda Dunes is surrounded on all sides by acres of golf courses and lakes.
Bermuda Dunes is conveniently located only about 30 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs.
