Planned neighborhood among Brighton farmlands
Today, Brighton Crossings is an expansive suburban community repurposed from farmlands, with walkability at the forefront. Trails and sidewalks were built alongside early 2000s and post-2010 homes to connect them with neighborhood parks and schools. Nearby shopping centers cater to convenience with everyday necessities a short drive or walk down the road.
That wasn’t always the case. Before the start of the 21st century, when ground broke for the Brighton Crossings development, the city of Brighton was primarily thought of as an agricultural community. “If you said you were out on Tower Road, people would be like, ‘Oh, you’re going to Kansas,’" says Gina Bradshaw, a local Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Colorado Real Estate who has over 5 years of real estate experience, regarding the community’s rural roots.
Brighton Crossings is a quaint neighborhood, offering a friendly and relaxing lifestyle.
Box stores, such as Ulta Beauty and Ross are located in the Prairie Center Shopping Center.
