Large-scale single-family homes
Glenmoor consists of numerous private residential communities near outdoor recreation and facilities. The largest of these communities is centered on the Glenmoor County Club and its 7,018 yard par 72 course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The Glenmoor Estates consists of single-family homes that often feature brick facades, gabled roofs and stone detailing. This subdivision has a gated entrance and winding roads leading to large homes with large lawns. According to Ruthanne Wilkof, Stark County’s leading real estate agent with DeHoff Realtors, there are two additional areas within Glenmoor that make up this community. “Glenmoor not only has beautiful single-family homes, but we also have The Hamlets, which is made up of attached condominium units, and we also have The Cloisters, which consists of free-standing villas and are extremely popular,” Wilkof says. Outside the country club, cul-de-sacs and residential streets feature a mix of Craftsman and ranch-style single-family homes. Three-bedroom homes tend to range from $200,000 to $450,000, while homes with five bedrooms or more go for $500,000 to $875,000.

Members of the Glenmoor Country Club with social memberships can enjoy any of the club’s recreational facilities, while residents with golfing memberships can access all facilities, including the golf course. Recreational facilities at the club include a pool that offers swimming lessons, a fitness center with personal trainers, and courts for tennis and pickleball. Members can also choose between three on-site restaurants, ranging from fine dining to elevated bar food, while vintner dinners and wine tastings are available to all members, with discounts for Wine Society Members. Numerous homes within Glenmoor are located on the golf course itself. “Of course, the homes on the golf course are the most desirable whether you’re a golfer or not,” says Wilkof. Devonshire Park spans 77 acres of grasslands and wetlands, with a small fishing pond at the center. The park also has a mowed nature trail, grills and picnic tables.
