Easy access to Castle Rock, with direct access to Denver on the way
Situated near Interstate 25, Crystal Valley Ranch provides easy access to major employment hubs. Denver is approximately 30 miles to the north, while Colorado Springs lies about 40 miles to the south. Denver International Airport is 50 miles away. The Denver Tech Center is accessible within a 25-minute drive. Currently in development, the Crystal Valley Interchange looks to add direct access to Denver and vice versa by establishing a distinct exit on the highway. “It’s already highly popular, and it’s only going to become even more so once the interchange is finished,” says Geraty, who adds that it should be done by 2027. “It just keeps on growing.” AdventHealth Castle Rock, the closest hospital, is eight miles to the north. The area also gets more than six feet of snow each year.
