Oakdale North offers a range of housing options including classic ranch-style homes, new traditional single-family homes in HOA communities and newly constructed multi-story rowhouses. HOAs are common and can range from $150-$250. An older four-bedroom home in need of some TLC will cost about $225,000, while a newly constructed four-bed could cost $800,000.
