Splendid suburb south of Denver
Vintage Reserve is a splendid little suburb in Littleton, a town 14 miles south of downtown Denver. An island embankment separates this neighborhood from the noise of the street, and modern mansions overlook the greenery of Weaver Park from the quiet hillside. Stone gardens on a grassy bank are peppered with little bluestem, which turns crimson as Autumn returns to Vintage Reserve. Much of the neighborhood is fenced off beside a paved trail lined with blue spruces blending into the background and providing privacy for the community. “Vintage Reserve is a newer subdivision with an HOA. It is beautiful. It’s where Coalmine Avenue goes into a more rural-feeling area,” says Melinda Sanders, a longtime resident of the Littleton area and Realtor for eXp Realty in Englewood. “It feels like you’re walking into the fancy neighborhood. Homes are beautiful, newer and well-maintained. Everything is just kind of storybook and picturesque in Vintage Reserve.”
Homes typically sell after only 13 days compared to the national average of 43 days.
