A few residential streets amidst shopping and recreation outside Downtown Fort Wayne
Adventure awaits buyers interested in Fort Wayne’s Franke Park neighborhood. “Homebuyers are coming to this area for the parks, recreation and children’s activities available to families,” says Broker Associate Randy Harvey of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. “It’s what makes this part of Fort Wayne so desirable.” The northwest Fort Wayne district is adjacent to Franke Park, which serves as the neighborhood’s namesake and provides much of its recreation and entertainment. Spanning almost 340 acres, Franke Park itself encompasses over half of the neighborhood’s topography. The park’s massive open green spaces provide residents the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature and stretch their legs. Various retailers hug the community’s eastern side, and a handful of residential streets to the north.
