Planned communities with newer homes and homeowners associations
Coventry offers many housing options, including single-family homes, townhomes and retirement living. Single-family homes nestle in neatly planned communities like the Coventry subdivision of Coventry East. Sidewalks wind past tidy lawns and neatly kept brick and stone homes that range from modern ranch-styles to two-story Tudors and Colonial Revivals. Most homes were built after 2000 on planned lots and have modern features like open floor plans. Some homes may have backyard pools, but these are the exception. Ranch-styles range in price from $270,000 to $370,000. Tudor Revivals and Colonial Revivals range in price from $330,000 to $440,000. Townhome communities like those found along Milverton Drive feature similar amenities and often have attached rear garages and front lawns. They might have three or four bedrooms, ranging from 1,500 to 2,300 square feet, with listing prices between $280,000 and $320,000. At the Reserve at McAlister, pet-friendly one- and two-bedroom apartments come with affordable rent on a sliding scale for residents age 55-plus.
