Manufacturers and retailers outline the streets of Browns Bridge, a community just south of Downtown Gainesville. “Gainesville has come so far in the past 20 years,” says Mickey Hyams, a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty with over 20 years of experience. “I used to work at the Coca-Cola plant in Browns Bridge; over the years, there’s been this interesting mix of old and newer businesses.” Retail and industrial workers live in bungalows and ranch-style homes, all within a few miles of shopping centers, Downtown Gainesville and Lake Lanier.

Retailers and other businesses comprise most of Browns Bridge, with residential streets branching off Browns Bridge Road and other commercial corridors.
