William R. Mason Regional Park is a huge draw

Rancho San Joaquin residents enjoy access to verdant parks perfect for a leisurely stroll, an invigorating workout, or a family picnic. The nearby William R. Mason Regional Park spans over 339 acres and offers a shady oasis complete with a sparkling lake, grassy fields, picnic areas, and playgrounds. The local public schools are part of Irvine Unified School District and include some of the strongest schools in the county. Students living here will start at University Park Elementary, scored an overall A by Niche; then they’ll move on to Rancho San Joaquin Middle and finally University Park High, which both have an impressive A-plus overall score from Niche.
