Home styles range from brick ranch homes and split-levels that offer garages to more recently built millennium mansions. Some newer communities offer amenities such as community pools and tennis courts. Potential homebuyers also have the opportunity to purchase modern townhouses. Based on square footage and condition, prices range from $210,000 to $460,000. “The market moves fast here because of the price point,” says Omar Lozana, a Realtor with Virtual Properties. “The city of Jonesboro has started to work on its infrastructure, and I think home values will start increasing here.”
