A community with abundant potential

Residents of Hall Court Park see the potential in its accessibly priced homes, walkable layout and convenient access to Downtown Lansing. “It was a very thriving part of Lansing up into the 1940s or ’50s,” says Brian Ozbun, a Realtor with Bellabay Realty, LLC. Ozbun says that the community endured a period of economic decline, but over the past 10-15 years, homebuyers and business owners took note of the neighborhood’s potential. “It’s very close to downtown, the hospital and the Capitol Complex, making it a very desirable area,” he says.
