A relatively affordable suburb with access to employment
Nestled along the Grand River, Knollwood Willow is a turn-of-the-century Lansing suburb with access to public transportation, parks and employment. “It’s close to industry, and there are a lot of people who work at General Motors and the multiple insurance companies in Lansing,” says Realtor Stacee Robison, who sells homes in the neighborhood with Keller Williams Realty. National insurance companies like Auto-Owners Insurance and Jackson National Life are headquartered in Lansing. One of Knollwood Willow’s major appeals is its relatively affordable houses, which are priced at roughly half of Lansing’s median home price.
