Exquisite homes and picturesque parks in south Naperville
Curving residential streets, a neighborhood park with a pond and vibrant trees help Winding Creek Estates live up to its name. A private enclave on the south end of Naperville, IL, this well-developed neighborhood has established itself as a premier location for suburban life in Chicagoland. “It’s a well-established area. The homes are a little bit older than some other areas nearby, but with the updates a lot of them have, you’re gonna get the dollar value you’d be looking for out of them,” says Raelisa Schmidt, Realtor with HomeSmart Elite Arrow Team. Alongside her partner agent Laurie Foley, Schmidt has sold homes in DuPage County and beyond for more than eight years.
