Parkwood Estates is a densely populated suburban neighborhood found 7 miles north of downtown Nashville. Living here means being close to enjoy the vibrant, buzzing energy of Music City while still being removed enough to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. Whether one needs to get to work, spend a day at the museums or a night on the town, this neighborhood is conveniently near all the major interstates to get there quickly. “Parkwood Estates is on the corridor for a lot of growth,” says longtime Nashville resident and Realtor Emille Warner from Parks Real Estate. “The neighborhood is being developed at a tremendous rate as businesses look to expand beyond the downtown area,” says Realtor Warner.
