Suburban living with extensive green space and amenities
Situated just over a mile from the serene waters of Percy Priest Lake, The County is a neighborhood that blends modern conveniences with suburban living. “This community is in a beautiful area. It is quiet but at the same time, close to all the action,” says Michele Batson, a Realtor with Benchmark Realty LLC, who has 28 years of experience. Here one can come home to green spaces and starlit night skies. The neighborhood is far enough from downtown Nashville for families and individuals seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life but close enough for people to commute for work and pleasure. There is plenty to do in the local area. State parks and outdoor activities abound. A limited number of homes in The Country means that residents tend to know each other and there is a close-knit community vibe.
From ranch-style homes to brick colonials

We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
