A mix of contemporary housing styles gives the community a unique look
The community's housing, built primarily from the mid-2000s through the mid-2010s, is anchored by a variety of single- and multi-level contemporary homes give every street its own look. Lot sizes are uniform, which means that smaller homes offer more yard space and room for amenities such as pools. The community is laid out so that single-family homes are typically found on north-south streets and townhouses on east-west streets. Single-family homes, townhouses and condos all offer attached garages. New construction is concentrated on the community’s north side. Prices range from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$5000,000s. “The prices are average for the area, but it’s desirable for the location,” Colon says. “You’re five minutes from everything.” CDD fees cover community appearance, recreational facilities and upkeep of infrastructure. Flooding is not a concern, but wind damage is a risk during hurricane season, which can affect insurance rates.
Attached townhouses can also be found throughout Anthem Park.
