The Timberlane area has a lot going on. The neighborhood is close to downtown Tallahassee and the state capitol, making it a particularly good choice for working professionals, legislators and their aides. The neighborhood is also surrounded by lakes and parks. “It’s very green, and there are lots of trees,” says Tracey Cochran, who has owned the Little English Guesthouse B&B on Timberlane Road for 21 years. “It’s very pretty.
