This community is a part of Kenmore, a village in the larger town of Tonawanda. Locals often refer to the area as Ken-Ton, just 6 miles from Downtown Buffalo and 20 miles from Niagara Falls, and together create a close-knit atmosphere. Amid the hustle and bustle of Sheridan Avenue, the neighborhood offers residents proximity to well-regarded schools and shopping around every corner.

Residents keep foot traffic peddling down Delaware Avenue at shops like Apples & Oranges Records & Tapes. On that same street, The Delaware Pub & Grill offers two stories of outdoor seating, while Mike & Pop's Bistro & Tavern dishes out signature bistro bites and handhelds. Twinkling lights greet patrons outside Clay Handi Restaurant for traditional Pakistani cuisine, and Anderson's Frozen Custard is the spot for a sweet treat.
