North Vista Homes for Sale

North Vista is a burgeoning Pueblo neighborhood that began developing in 2023. The community — which will eventually feature a mix of townhomes, apartments and single-family homes — currently includes ranch-style houses, as well as two-story contemporary and Craftsman designs. Homes range from under 1,800 square feet to over 4,000 square feet, with amenities like two-car garages and customizable options. North Vista's main green space — Tobias T. Park — offers a playground, a gazebo, picnic tables and foam matting for added comfort. University Park and Walking Stick Golf Course provide additional recreation within a mile and a half. While the neighborhood lacks immediate shopping and dining options, residents can travel roughly 2 miles to the commercial area around U.S. Route 50. Other local spots, like Riverside Bar & Grill and Taqueria Marquez, are nearby. The area is accessible via U.S. Route 50, though public transit isn’t available yet. Nearby schools include Haaff Elementary, Heaton Middle and East High School.
