I absolutely chose the best listing agent to sell my property.Abril took my condo that needed new flooring, light fixtures, paint, appliances, updated breakers, resurfaced the showers and bathtub in both bathrooms and there is so much more that her and her team came in and did. She took my condo that at the time selling “as is” would of gotten me $150,000 less of what she sold it for. She showed me that if I invested $15,000, She could get me me FULL list offer at $550,000. And she did. Abril and her team did the complete renovations within 2 1/2 weeks. Had it on the market and in escrow it within 5 days. Now that’s hustle. I would highly recommend Abril Greathouse.

Abril was the realtor I needed to not only get my house sold for a great price (she will fight and come up with creative ways to get your house sold and to get you top dollar) but to help me pack, and sell items I no longer needed. She even rented a u-haul at her own expense and took things to the dump for me. She went WAY beyond what i expected from a realtor. I would wholeheartedly recommended her as a realtor.

Abril will go the extra mile for you. I contacted Abril to help my sister sell her house and Abril was incredible. My sister is elderly and needed a lot of extra attention and help to complete the home selling process. Abril also helped her move into a smaller apartment that fit her needs.
